Women's Ministry
The Mt. Carmel Baptist Women’s Ministry helps develop spiritual growth and encouragement through Bible Study, fellowship opportunities, service to the community and support to the women of the congregation.
Current Women's Ministry Campaign
January is Sanctity of Life Month for Southern Baptists so our Women’s Ministry is presenting two ministries to help support Life Forward Pregnancy Care Center. This campaign runs from Sunday, January 5th through Sunday, February 2nd.
Care Closet Collection: Most needed items:
- Diapers (size 1-3)
- Formula (especially Enfamil Infant/yellow label)
- Winter boy or unisex clothing size preemie – 18 mos.
- Baby lotion
- Baby bottles
- Sippy cups
- Baby bottle brushes
- Diaper bags
- Gently used or new strollers, highchairs, exersaucers or activity mats
A port-a-crib will be in the church lobby to collect all items.
Change For Life Baby Bottle Collection:
- Starting Sunday, January 5th you can pick up a baby bottle in the lobby and fill it with your donation. If you prefer to write a check instead of giving cash, please make checks payable to Life Forward.
- Baby bottles need to be turned in by Sunday, February 2nd.
